If you've tried several times to lose weight, it can feel terribly dispiriting. Diet after diet, losing weight, putting it all back on again. Obsessing about food. Loving food… and hating food. And those magazines! If you tried everything you'd read, you'd be a neurotic mess!
Luckily, there is a way. Now, you may think, "Yawn, I've heard that before!" And you may say to yourself, "I've read it all, I've tried it all. There's no secret."

There's no secret!
In fact, it's been known for a long time already how to lose weight; how to lose weight permanently; and how to lose weight permanently and healthily.
What's more, it's no secret.
Any nutritionist or dietician can tell you.
Food and Addiction
One thing that's not widely known is the addictive nature of junk food. Not many people know, for example, that cooked oil is not only carcinogenic (causes cancer), but also has an addictive nature to it.
That means that it's not enough to know what to change. You also need to be able to change.
So what's the non-secret, then?
It's quite simple, really, though it can seem complicated before you get there.
To lose weight, permanently, healthily, you need to address your lifestyle, your relationship to food, your emotional state, and your addiction to certain foods.
Notice that all of those need attending to, otherwise you will find it hard, if not impossible. That's why sometimes people come to me with generally healthy lifestyles, but still struggling to lose weight.
